TERMS AND CONDITIONSAnya Swan retains full rights to the artwork.You, the buyer are allowed to:- Use the commissioned piece for personal use ( this includes uploading to your social media platform of choice with credits to the artist)- print the artwork for yourself or for non-profit projects.You, the buyer, art NOT allowed to :- Reproduce/ use the copyrighted artwork commercially or make money off it in any way without my official permission and without any credit.- Claim the artwork as your own.- Remove the artist's signature/watermark from the artwork.- Alter the artwork without the artist's consent.------------------------------------------I, the artist, have the right to reject any request that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.My price start at a set baseline, but additional charges may apply depending on complexity of the project.If, during the process, you request for changes or additions beyond what my normal revisions include, you will be responsible for those additional charges, which will then be billed separately.Additionally, I reserve the right as the artist to revise, modify, update my terms and conditions. If I update and/or add to my current terms I expect previous buyers to also adhere to the new terms as well as the new buyers.
